《怪盜貓塔防》（以下稱「本遊戲」）重視你的隱私。本遊戲沒有廣告，不追蹤你在其他 App 或網站的活動，也不販售你的資料。本遊戲的帳號與資料和同公司的《怪盜貓團》分開保存，兩者不互相分享。

我們收集什麼、做什麼用

遊戲進度：關卡星數、貓咪、等級、小魚乾與罐罐等存檔。用途：雲端存檔，讓你換手機也能接著玩。
帳號與登入識別碼：遊戲自動建立的玩家 ID。綁定 Apple 或 Google 時，只取得該服務提供的匿名使用者代碼，不取得姓名、Email、聯絡人或照片。
購買紀錄：開放 App 內購買後，購買的商品、交易編號與金額，用於發放商品、處理退款與客服。付款資料由 Apple 或 Google Play 處理，我們拿不到。
退款審查：你向 Apple 申請退款時，Apple 可能請我們提供這筆購買的使用情況。我們只提供：商品是否已使用、帳號建立多久、累計購買與退款金額的大致區間，不提供姓名、Email 等個人資料。
推播通知：你允許通知後，手機的推播代碼、遊戲語言與通知開關，用來寄送遊戲公告。可在遊戲設定或手機的系統設定關閉。
防作弊：伺服器會用遊戲本身的規則檢查雲端存檔是否合理（例如罐罐是否超過能取得的數量）。被判定異常的帳號只會標記給我們人工確認，存檔不會被修改。
客服訊息：你在遊戲「聯絡客服」寫的內容，以及你選擇留下的回覆信箱。訊息經 SendGrid 寄到我們的客服信箱，只用於回覆你。
連線紀錄：IP 位址等伺服器紀錄，只用於防止濫用與排除故障，保留不超過 30 天。

本遊戲目前不使用任何數據分析或廣告工具，網站 td.catthief.app 也不使用 Cookie 或追蹤工具。日後若加入數據分析，會先更新本政策。

誰會處理這些資料

資料存放在我們位於新加坡的伺服器（DigitalOcean）。協助提供服務的只有：Apple（Apple 登入、App 內購買、推播）、Google（Google 登入、Google Play 內購）、SendGrid（寄送客服信件）。我們不把資料分享給任何人做廣告或行銷。

刪除帳號

在遊戲的帳號設定可隨時刪除帳號，也可以寫信給我們：雲端存檔、綁定、推播代碼與客服紀錄會立即刪除，Apple 登入授權也會一併撤銷。購買紀錄因會計與退款需要會保留，但會和帳號解除連結。

本遊戲不針對 13 歲以下兒童收集個人資料。政策更新時會在本頁與遊戲公告通知。如有問題請聯絡 service@rcdesign.io。

怪盜貓塔防 ("the game") has no ads, does not track you across other apps or websites, and never sells your data. Its accounts and data are kept apart from our other game, 怪盜貓團; the two do not share them.

What we collect and why

Game progress (stage stars, cats, levels, fish and cans) for cloud saves, so you can continue on a new device.
Account and sign-in identifiers: the player ID the game creates for you. When you bind Apple or Google we receive only that service's anonymous user ID — no name, email, contacts or photos.
Purchase records: once in-app purchases open, the items, transaction IDs and amounts, to deliver purchases, handle refunds and answer support. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google Play and never reach us.
Refund reviews: when you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may ask us how the purchase was used. We share only whether the items were used, how long the account has existed, and broad ranges of total purchases and refunds — never your name, email or other personal details.
Push notifications: if you allow notifications, your device's push token, game language and notification setting, used to send game announcements. Turn them off in the game's settings or your phone's settings.
Anti-cheat: our server checks each cloud save against the game's own rules (for example, whether it holds more cans than can be earned). Saves that look wrong are only marked for us to review by hand; they are never changed.
Support messages: what you write in Contact support, and a reply email if you choose to leave one. Messages reach our support inbox through SendGrid and are used only to answer you.
Server logs such as IP addresses, used only against abuse and to fix problems, kept for no more than 30 days.

The game uses no analytics or advertising tools, and the website td.catthief.app uses no cookies or trackers. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.

Who handles the data

Data is stored on our servers in Singapore (DigitalOcean). The only services that help us run the game are Apple (Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, push notifications), Google (Google sign-in, Google Play purchases) and SendGrid (support email). We do not share data with anyone for advertising or marketing.

Deleting your account

Delete your account at any time in the game's account settings, or email us: the cloud save, bindings, push tokens and support history are deleted at once, and the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked. Purchase records are kept for accounting and refunds, but no longer linked to the account.

The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. We will announce changes to this policy on this page and in the game's news. Contact: service@rcdesign.io.
