歡迎遊玩《怪盜貓塔防》（以下稱「本遊戲」）。開始遊玩即表示你同意以下條款。

  1. 帳號：本遊戲會自動建立遊客帳號，你可以綁定 Apple 或 Google 帳號保存進度。本遊戲的帳號和《怪盜貓團》分開，不能互相轉移。未綁定的遊客帳號在更換裝置時可能無法找回。
  2. 虛擬物品：罐罐、小魚乾、貓咪等遊戲內物品只能在本遊戲中使用，沒有現金價值，不能兌換現金或轉讓。付費購買透過 Apple 或 Google Play 處理，退款依各商店的規定辦理。
  3. 退款：付費購買的退款由 Apple 或 Google Play 審核。退款成立後，該筆購買給的物品會從帳號扣回，罐罐可能因此變成負數，補足之前無法使用。你同意在 Apple 審核退款時，我們向 Apple 提供這筆購買的使用情況（例如物品是否已使用、帳號的遊玩與購買概況），協助 Apple 判斷。
  4. 機率型內容：招募的各稀有度機率與保底次數公開於遊戲內「招募」頁面。
  5. 禁止行為：不得使用外掛、修改程式、存檔或封包、利用程式錯誤取得不當利益、買賣或轉讓帳號，或干擾伺服器與其他玩家。違反者我們可以暫停或終止帳號，並移除不當取得的物品。
  6. 服務變更：我們可能更新、調整或停止部分內容。若停止營運，會在至少 30 天前於遊戲內公告。
  7. 免責：本遊戲依現狀提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們對無法預期的中斷或資料遺失不負賠償責任，但會盡力修復。
  8. 條款修改：條款更新時會在本頁與遊戲公告中通知，繼續遊玩即視為同意。
  9. 準據法：本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。

Welcome to 怪盜貓塔防 ("the game"). By playing, you agree to these terms.

  1. Accounts: the game creates a guest account automatically; bind Apple or Google to keep your progress. Accounts are separate from 怪盜貓團 and cannot be moved between the two games. A guest account that is not bound may be lost when you change devices.
  2. Virtual items: cans, fish, cats and other in-game items can only be used in the game, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play, and refunds follow their policies.
  3. Refunds: Apple or Google Play decides on refunds of purchases. When a refund is granted, what the purchase gave is taken back from your account, which can leave your cans below zero until you earn them back. You agree that while Apple reviews a refund request we may tell Apple how the purchase was used (for example whether the items were spent, and a summary of the account's play and purchases).
  4. Random items: the odds for each rarity in recruiting, and the pity count, are shown on the in-game Recruit page.
  5. Prohibited conduct: cheats, modified clients, saves or traffic, exploiting bugs, buying, selling or sharing accounts, and disrupting the servers or other players. We may suspend or close accounts that do this and remove items gained this way.
  6. Changes to the service: we may update, change or end parts of the game. If the game shuts down, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days in advance.
  7. Disclaimer: the game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for unexpected outages or data loss, though we will do our best to fix them.
  8. Changes to these terms: we will post updates on this page and in the game's news. Continuing to play means you accept them.
  9. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
